That’s why ATD MAC is excited to introduce our new Talent Development Treks! The formula is simple but powerful: Coffee, Conversation, and a short walk.

These informal walk-and-talk meetups are the perfect antidote to digital fatigue. They offer a casual, agenda-free space to get away from your desk, move your body, and connect meaningfully with fellow TD peers. Whether you want to talk through a current workplace challenge, brainstorm new ideas, or simply enjoy some great company and fresh air, these Treks are designed to recharge both your mind and your professional network.
